Forget-Me-Not

The foliage of a Forget - Me - Not

Another early spring flowering plant, Forget-Me-Not, although it seems that a lot of people dislike it very much. well this is a shame as the small blue flowers are a delight to see each year, yes it is a prolific seeder and grows everywhere. As long as you remove the plants that are needed then it will be just fine.

I tend not to grow them in pots, but straight out in the garden where I want them to grow, sown anytime during March to May, the small plants will appear, hardy over the winter and will flower the following year.

Once the flowers are fading the allow the plant to seed before removing, this will make sure you will have more plants the following year. Any plants that are not needed can be removed, potted on and given to freinds and neighbours
